By accessing or using PixKove ("the app", "the system"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this system.

2. Description of Service

PixKove is a personal, non-commercial social media automation tool that interacts with official platform APIs (including X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest) to schedule posts, retrieve analytics, and manage content for a single personal brand account owned and operated by the developer.

    PixKove is not a public service. It is not available for use by third parties
    and does not accept user registrations from the general public.
  

3. Permitted Use

The system is intended solely for:

Automating content publishing to the owner's own social media accounts
Retrieving and analyzing performance data on the owner's own posts
Personal productivity and brand management purposes only

4. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

Using the system to access or post to accounts not owned by the operator
Collecting or harvesting data from other users without consent
Violating any platform's Terms of Service or Developer Agreement
Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to this system
Using the system for spam, harassment, or any abusive behavior

5. Platform Compliance

PixKove operates strictly within the official API guidelines and developer terms of each integrated platform. The operator commits to:

Complying with X (Twitter) Developer Agreement and Automation Rules
Complying with all other integrated platform developer policies
Using only official OAuth 2.0 authorization for platform access
Not circumventing platform rate limits, restrictions, or access controls

6. Intellectual Property

All content posted through PixKove (images, captions, creative assets) is original content owned by the operator. PixKove does not claim ownership of any third-party platform content or APIs.

7. Disclaimers

PixKove is provided "as is" for personal use. The operator makes no warranties regarding uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. PixKove is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any social media platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

The operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this system, including any platform API changes, suspensions, or access revocations.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of any changes.
